DAVID WATSON, P.E.
Dave has worked in the electrical design industry since 1984. In 7th grade he wanted to be an architect and was enticed into the electrical world by lighting design. His love of architecture and art is now satisfied through designing the lighting to enhance architecture. Having completed thousands of successful projects, from Churches, Theaters, Data Centers, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Garden and Podium style Apartments, Solar power plants, Dental Offices and Specialty Medical Surgical projects, Dave has developed and is known for having a working philosophy of common sense design practices.
Dave, believes in and understands the important concepts of maintaining systems beyond their expected life cycle and that simple systems lend themselves to lower maintenance. Dave’s motto when working on a project is “The best marketing strategy for the next project is to be successful with the current project.” His drive is not just to design successful projects, but to build and maintain a successful team. His greatest passion is developing his team members to reach the next level of success, both personally and professionally.
TIM O'FARRELL, P.E.
Tim is a registered Electrical Engineer who works closely with architects and contractors on project ranging from residential, commercial, and solar designs to arc flash and coordination studies. Tim graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and joined MW Engineering shortly after. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his kids.
JUSTIN WATSON
Justin is a Electrical Designer with a background in lighting controls and computer controlled system. Who has garnered experience working on jobs ranging from commercial to residential application. Primarily dealing with anything from electrical power/lighting design to Arc Flash Analysis and Coordination Studies.
Starting as an intern at MW Engineering when we first opened in 2010, Justin has worked his way onto our full-time staff and is a tremendous part of our talented team. He enjoys everything computer related, in his spare time, from software design to PC building, repairing, and servicing.
Traci peterson
Traci has been in the electrical/drafting industry almost 30 years, she has been with MW since its inception. She works with electrical designers and PE’s to facilitate sets of drawings. That read well, look professional and also provide all of the technical details needed.
